Japanese Journalist Died in Lybia


On the day of world people pay attention on the death of Gaddafi, in Libya Japanese Journalist died the same day on the way of attending the ‘died of Gaddafi’s press conference.

On 21th October, one group Japanese Journalist was going to the conference of Gaddafi’s death, and suffered traffic accident. 3 died and one young camera man injured and was sent to local hospital.

Four people are working for ASAHI TV station, on 20th they received the information of Gaddafi died and back from Egypt to Libya for searching the news. On the day of 21th, they were going to Sirte, after contacted with ASAHI TV in Japan to report the news, and then they suffered traffic accident.

One died journalist named YOSHIHISA NOMURA (37) is the deputy director in Cairo, another female Egyptian named MISA SHAMA (31) who is the assistance of NOMURA, and one local driver. The survivor camera man named DAISUKE RIKISHII (23) injured on his right foot.  

ASAHI TV Station convened press conference on 22th, “RIKISHII could not remember what happened during the accident, once he woke up, and he has already in the hospital”.

Reason of the accident is not clear yet, spokesmen said, the camera man lost memory of accident and he also got the news that 3 teamwork members were died from hospital’s doctor.
